How You Can Help
Not everyone is able to become a foster parent. But there are many other ways you can help foster families and foster children.
The holidays are full of magic, mistletoe & merriment! You can help provide that Christmas morning magic and make a foster child smile by donating Christmas presents to Giocosa's foster children throughout the state. A new school year means new school supplies, which can be expensive for foster parents. Gift cards, in any amount, from stores like Wal-Mart, HEB, and Target are always welcome! We distribute these cards to our families to help purchase clothing for children who are new placements and home supplies like laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. These cards can also be used by Giocosa to purchase gifts for Christmas, adoptions and birthdays for the foster children in our care. Birthdays for foster children can be difficults. But you can help make any foster child's birthday a happy celebration! With a donation of $100, you can help Giocosa provide a birthday cake, birthday decorations and presents to a deserving child.
